To celebrate Leo Messi reaching 644 goals for Barcelona, the most for one club by any player in history (despite what Pelé might have you believe), Budweiser sent custom bottles of beer to all 160 keepers he’d scored against along the way.

I wrote personalised messages to some of the goalies involved in the campaign including the great Gigi Buffon and Jan Oblak, paying tribute to Messi’s brilliance and their battles with him over the years.

We launched a partnership between Corona and Earthshot Prize winners Coral Vita, creating Restore The Ocean.

Without help, 90% of coral reefs could die by 2050 but Coral Vita are regrowing them with pioneering land-based farming techniques that grow coral up to 50x faster than in nature.

As the 100% Natural beer born by the beach, Corona wanted to support their brilliant work, so we joined forces to amplify their coral adoption platform with a digital campaign.

Launching for Valentine’s Day, we positioned coral as an eco-friendly alternative to throwaway clichéd romantic gifts. The project is still ongoing, with our Guardian print ad chosen as Pick of the Week in Campaign.

Tapping into the intersection of football, fashion and wider culture, we created a lifestyle show taking a laid-back look at some of the drops on our radar. 

I led the creative development from briefing our animator to create a suite of graphics for the show, to scripting the pilot, handling brand outreach, directing talent on set and overseeing the final edit. 

An episode of the show was then sold to H&M on the strength of the pilot episode.

KIA wanted to bring their new ‘Movement That Inspires’ brand slogan to life with a branded content series around their sponsorship of the Europa League. 

Our idea - KIA Creators Club. A series encouraging GOAL’s huge global audience to celebrate creativity through inspirational and aspirational football stories.

We recruited four football-adjacent influencers with passions ranging from content creation and freestyling to painting, profiling them ‘a day in their life’ style to delve deeper into their stories and how KIA helps them up their game.

Fans of Premier League teams recorded call in rants every weekend, then we chose a message and brought their reaction to life with a mixture of animation and match footage.

When the conflict in Ukraine broke out in February 2022, AB InBev decided to launch Chernigivske - the nation’s best loved beer - across the world, with profits going to humanitarian relief in the country.

As part of the campaign that saw Che sold at the O2 Arena and FA Cup Final, we decided to donate Budweiser’s Premier League inventory to Chernigivske for the final game of the 21/22 season.
